Dragon Pose

Hands on inside the leg

Dragon (Back Angle)

Be sure your back leg and foot is straight.

Dragon with Bolster

Rest on a bolster (hug the bolster under the hip) and even use a block to bring the bolster up higher so you can surrender into the pose.

Dragon with Quad Stretch

Kick back the back leg and reach for the top of the foot: this brings some Yang to this Yin Pose and opens up the front of the opposing leg.

Dragon with Block

Rest your head on a block (at the level at meets your needs) and surrender.
